Exchange for a different size or return for a refund.
IMPORTANT: To ensure quality, your refund will be issued to your original payment method 3-5 business days AFTER the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection. We check for signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.
The Process
01 Identify Your Order
Enter your Order Number (e.g., 12345) and email address.
02 Select Items
Choose the specific item(s) you wish to return.
03 Choose Outcome
Select Return for Exchange or Return for Refund.
04 Submit Request
Select your reason and confirm. You will receive immediate instructions.
Our Policies
Return & Refund Instructions
- Initiate within 30 days of delivery via our portal.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For returns due to size or preference, a return shipping label fee will be deducted from your final refund.
- Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund with no return fees.
Exchange Instructions
- Select your new size directly in the portal for the fastest replacement.
- Once your return passes inspection, your exchange ships immediately.
- Exchanges for a different size are not subject to a return shipping label fee.
