Do I need to create an account to place an order? 

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account offers certain benefits, you can track your order status in real-time, view past purchases, and save your shipping information for faster checkouts in the future.

How can I track my Decrum leather jacket order?

Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website. You can also track your order right here on our website.

Can I change my order after I place it? 

Yes, you can change your order after placing it, but only if it hasn't been shipped yet. You can update the shipping address or other details by contacting them via email. If you need to exchange the item due to size or color issues, Decrum also has a 30-day return and exchange policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Absolutely! We offer free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-6 business days.

How can I redeem a coupon code?

We love deals too! To redeem your coupon code, simply enter it during checkout at the designated field. Please note that coupon codes cannot be applied to orders after they have been placed.

Do you offer gift cards?

Can I customize a leather jacket?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer custom leather jackets. However, we offer a variety of styles and sizes to choose from.

What are the different types of leather used in Decrum jackets?

We use high-quality full-grain leather in most of our jackets. Full-grain leather is the strongest and most durable type, known for its beautiful texture and ability to age gracefully. We may also occasionally use top-grain leather in some styles, which is slightly thinner but still offers excellent quality and value.

How do I care for my leather jacket?

What is the difference between a real leather jacket and a faux leather jacket?

Real leather, from animal hides, is durable, breathable, and develops a unique look over time. Faux leather is a synthetic imitation, often cheaper, but typically less durable and breathable.

How should a leather jacket fit?

A leather jacket should fit comfortably without being too tight or restrictive. The shoulders should sit comfortably without bunching, and the sleeves should reach your wrists or slightly past. We partner with tanneries that prioritize sustainable methods and minimize waste. Leather jackets are also incredibly durable and can last for many years, reducing the need for frequent replacements.
